ChineseChar-siu-style pork tenderloin

This Char-Siu-Style Pork Tenderloin is succulent and rich with fakeaway flavour, thanks to a nifty homemade, sweet-yet-spicy marinade (trust us, it’s worth waiting for the flavours to mingle!). We’ve added a few drops of food colouring to make our pork as red as takeaway versions, but there’s nothing to stop you skipping this step – it’ll taste just as delicious without! Once your tenderloin is cooked through with charred, smoky edges, it’s ready to serve over egg noodles with colourful stir-fried vegetables and a light drizzle of hoisin sauce.
