
Cider pork & bacon pie with cauliflower and potato mash
This is a good, everyday pie, using pork mince, which is slightly less expensive than lamb or beef. Gluten-free: use gluten-free plain flour in the sauce.

Ingredients
- 5 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into 2 cm chunks
- 1 small cauliflower, cut into small pieces
- ¾ mug grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp wholegrain mustard
Filling
- 150 g streaky bacon
- 1 onion
- 500 g pork mince
- 2 leeks, sliced
- 1 tbsp plain flour
- 1 mug cider
- 1 veg stock cube
