Ingredients
For the dough
- 1 tbsp olive oil, plus more for greasing
- 250 g strong white bread flour, plus extra for dusting
- 1 tsp fast action dried yeast
- ½ tsp fine sea salt
For the pizza sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- ½x 500 g carton passata, passata
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ¼ tsp chilli flakes (optional)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp red wine vinegar
For the topping
- 2 rings pineapple, drained and diced, from a tin (or about 50 g fresh)
- 1x 120 g pack thick cut ham, cut into chunks or torn
- 100 g grated mozzarella cheese
