- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- ½ red pepper, cut into 1 cm chunks
- ½ small clove garlic, crushed
- 0.5x 25 g pack coriander, finely chopped
- juice of 0.5 lime
- 1 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped (optional)
- 220 g salmon fillets
- 1 tbsp clear honey
- pinch smoked paprika
- 200 g tenderstem brocolli, to serve
