- ½ cups basil pesto
- ⅔ cups marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1-3 tablespoons chili paste, or crushed chili flakes, to taste
- 1 jar roasted red peppers, drained and sliced
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 6 ounces pepperoni, thinly sliced
- 2-4 ounces deli chorizo, thinly sliced
- 1 cup baby arugula
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 egg, beaten
