- 1x 80 g pack smoked cubetti pancetta
- 1 red chilli, sliced and deseeded if you wish
- 2 cloves garlic, finely sliced
- 1x 300 g pack vine tomatoes, roughly chopped
- 500 ml vegetable or chicken stock
- 200 g dried linguini
- 0.5x 28 g pack fesh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp Parmesan, grated, to serve
