
LebaneseOven fried fish fillets
With a serving of fries, this dish is the Lebanese version of fish and chips. The fillets are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and, more importantly, they have very few bones, making them easy for kids as well as adults to eat and enjoy.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs grouper fillets
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- ⅔ cup white vinegar
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp chopped fresh sage
- 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
