- 700 ml semi-skimmed milk

- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2x 250 g pack skinless cod, cut into large chunks
- 1x 180 g pack raw peeled king prawns
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1x 150 g pack diced chorizo
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 60 g plain flour
- 2 tbsp butter
- pinch of saffron
- 800 g Maris Piper or King Edward potatoes, peeled
