Ingredients
Teriyaki Salmon
- 2 tbsp rape seed oil
- 4x 4 oz filets salmon
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp tamari sauce or soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
- 1 tsp garlic-chilli paste
Asian Noodle Salad
- 8 oz whole what rice noodles
- 1 yellow pepper, julienned
- 1 red pepper, julienned
- 1 cup snap peas, sliced
- 1 cup cucumber, julienned
- ½ cup green onions, sliced
Sesame Dressing
- 4½ tbsp rice vinegar
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 2½ tsp honey
- 1 tsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ tsp fresh ginger, minced
