Ingredients
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 3 pork steaks, cut into strips
- 6 spring onions
- 1 red pepper, cut into 2 cm chunks
- 125 g mushrooms, sliced
- 400 ml thick and creamy coconut milk
- 2 tbsp Thai red curry paste
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 can bamboo shoots, drained
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped coriander
- 2x 300 g packs fresh rice noodles
