- 2 tbsps Cajun spice
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 50 g panko crumbs
- zest and juice 0.5 lime
- 2 tbsps chopped coriander
- 1 carrot, peeled
- 100 g white or green cabbage
- ½x 300 g jars salsa
- 6 white corn mini tortillas, or similar
