Fusilli with sausage
Getting sausages, pasta and tomato sauce ready at the right moment takes a bit of juggling, but the result is a delicious dish that every member of the family will love.

- 400 g spicy pork sausages
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried mixed herbs
- 1-2 tsp chilli sauce
- 1 large yellow pepper, deseeded and cut into strips
- 1x 400 g can Italian plum tomatoes
- 250 ml vegetable stock
- 300 g dried fusilli
- salt ad ground black pepper
- freshly grated Pecorino cheese, to serve
