- ½ cups water
- ¼ cups whole milk, plus more if needed
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoons paprika
- Pinch of white pepper
- Pinch of crushed red pepper
- 2 teaspoons dill, freshly chopped, optional
