
Salmon and broccoli pot pies
These mouthwatering pies are quick and simple to make, but oh-so-delicious.

Ingredients
- 2 leeks, trimmed and washed well to remove any grit
- 25 g butter
- 200 g Tenderstem broccoli, trimmed
- 100 g frozen peas
- 4 tbsp plain flour, plus extra for dusting
- 400 ml whole milk
- 4 skinless Scottish salmon fillets, cut into 3 cm chunks
- 4 tbsp light creme fraiche
- finely grated zest of 0.5 lemon
- 1x 32x 320 g Jus-Rol puff pastry sheet
- 1 egg, beaten
