  • 2 tbsp Korean barbecue sauce
  • 200 g ramen noodles
  • 2 tbsp shirodashi sauce
  • 600 ml chicken stock
  • sea salt and white pepper, to taste
  • 20 g pea shoots
  • 1 spring onion, finely sliced
  • 10 pieces menma
  • 10 g wakame or nori
  • 1 medium-boiled egg, peeled and halved
